Today, like much of the western world, Romania uses the Gregorian Calendar, adopted in 1919. That being said, the old calendar and the old traditional names are still used even today for cultural and religious services. You will find both in records and so below is a chart with both the modern Romanian adaptations in the Gregorian alphabets and their more traditional names.
