DEATH INVENTORY PAG EBelow is a sample death inventory created in 1759 by a notary in the town of Viniegra de Moraña, province of Avila, Spain. You will find three sections: the first one includes the digital images of the document alongside a list of STANDARD PHRASES, the second section contains the transcription of the death inventory  , and the third one includes the translation of the text. This document is the equivalent of an Anglo-American probate inventory.

and Manuel Ximenez appraisers and accountants named and

Sworn to declare the goods that corresponds to the fifth

for having died abtester to that which proceeds with the Interventions

and assistance of Nicolas martin in whose power are found

the rest of them of Francisco with Cezilia martin,

Segundo and Bernardo martin residents of this place  and Pedro Gutierrez

de Francisco con Junto de Clara martin residents of Villa de Collado

the five brothers of said deceased and therefore her legitimate
